Bacon Bruschetta Burger

Ingredients:
- 1 can (15 oz) canned bruschetta, divided
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1/4 cup dry breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated onion
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, cut into 4 slices
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 hamburger buns
- Green leaf lettuce leaves
- Aged Cheddar Slices
- 4 slices cooked bacon
Directions:
- Gently combine ground beef with breadcrumbs, onion, egg, Worcestershire, mustard, garlic and 1/4 cup of the bruschetta. Shape into 4 patties.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat; grease grate well. Grill for 5 to 7 minutes per side or until well-marked and burgers are cooked through. Grill onions until well-marked and tender, about 2 minutes a side.
- Serve burgers on buns with lettuce, cheddar cheese and bacon. Top each with 1/4 cup bruschetta.
