Instructions
Blend the Ingredients: In a high-speed blender or food processor, combine the drained mango slices, coconut milk, and lime juice. Blend until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add a bit of the reserved pineapple juice to help blend.
Freeze: Transfer the blended mixture to a container and freeze for 2-3 hours or until firm. Garnish with whipped cream and additional sliced mango on top.
