Instructions
Make the Filling:
In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, chopped canned fruit, honey, and vanilla.
Stir gently to combine.
Assemble the Wraps:
Spoon filling into the center of each tortilla.
Fold in the sides and roll up tightly like a burrito.
Fry the Wraps:
Heat butter or oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Place wraps seam-side down and cook until golden brown and crispy on all sides (about 2–3 minutes per side).
Coat with Cinnamon Sugar:
Mix cinnamon and sugar in a shallow dish.
While wraps are still warm, roll them in the cinnamon sugar mixture until well coated.
