Ingredients

2 oz rye whiskey
1 sugar cube
Rind of 1 orange no pith
1 muddled Royal Harvest Northwest Noire cherry
Angostura Bitters

Instructions

Muddle Northwest Noire cherry in a cocktail shaker.
Add all ingredients and shake with ice.
Strain into glass over fresh ice.
Garnish with Northwest Noire cherries and orange rind.
