In a bowl, combine melted butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Add pear halves and gently toss to coat with butter mixture. Let the pear halves sit for 5 minutes.
Carefully place the pear halves in the air fryer basket, cut side facing up. Cook for 10 minutes at 375 F.
Spoon the remaining butter mixture on top of the pear halves. Cook for 2~5 minutes at 400 F until the edges turn caramelized and crispy.
Serveair-fried pears on top of Greek yogurt or vanilla ice cream. Enjoy!
