Air Fried Pears
A sweet and healthy option to end any meal!
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp salted butter melted
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 15 oz pear halves in juice canned, drained
- greek yogurt or vanilla ice cream for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine melted butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Add pear halves and gently toss to coat with butter mixture. Let the pear halves sit for 5 minutes.
- Carefully place the pear halves in the air fryer basket, cut side facing up. Cook for 10 minutes at 375 F.
- Spoon the remaining butter mixture on top of the pear halves. Cook for 2~5 minutes at 400 F until the edges turn caramelized and crispy.
- Serveair-fried pears on top of Greek yogurt or vanilla ice cream. Enjoy!
