Northwest Noire Sangria

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup apples skin on and diced
  • 1 cup pears skin on and diced
  • 1 cup oranges sliced and in quarters
  • 1 cup strawberries trimmed and quartered
  • 1/2 cup Northwest Noire Cherry puree
  • 750 ml Merlot Wine, or other sweet red
  • 1/2 cup Brandy

Instructions
 

  • In a large pitcher, combine all ingredients.
  • Allow to mull overnight to develop flavors.
  • Ladle fruit and wine into a large wine glass and serve chilled.
