One-Ingredient Summer Fruit Sorbet
Hands-Down the Yummiest, Simplest, Dairy-Free Sorbet EVER!
- 1 can 15 oz. California Cling Peach Halves or Slices or California Apricots in juice or extra light syrup
Freeze unopened can of fruit until solid (usually overnight).
Submerge unopened can in hot tap water for 1 minute.
Open can; run knife around the inside; slide frozen fruit onto cutting board.
Chop fruit into chunks.
Place fruit into food processor and process until smooth.
Serve or freeze until later.
