One-Ingredient Summer Fruit Sorbet
Hands-Down the Yummiest, Simplest, Dairy-Free Sorbet EVER!
Ingredients
- 1 can 15 oz. California Cling Peach Halves or Slices or California Apricots in juice or extra light syrup
Instructions
- Freeze unopened can of fruit until solid (usually overnight).
- Submerge unopened can in hot tap water for 1 minute.
- Open can; run knife around the inside; slide frozen fruit onto cutting board.
- Chop fruit into chunks.
- Place fruit into food processor and process until smooth.
- Serve or freeze until later.
