Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 oz House-infused watermelon gin
  • 0.5 oz Creme Di Violette liqueur
  • 1 oz sweetened lemon juice
  • 0.75 oz aquafaba
  • Northwest Noire Cherries

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients together and shake well with ice for 45 seconds.
  • Strain into martini glass and garnish with Northwest Noire cherries.
