Petite Diced Peaches in 100% Juice Coulis

jalapenos
diced
½
cup
diced red onion

green onions
sliced

tbsp
chopped cilantro

limes
juiced

olive oil
Salt, to taste
Instructions
In a medium bowl, add all ingredients. Stir to combine.
Cover and let stand for 20 minutes. Serve with chips.
