White Corn & Peach Salsa
Ingredients
- 2 11 oz cans of white shoepeg corn
- ½ 14.5 oz can of Petite Diced Peaches in 100% Juice Coulis
- 1-2 jalapenos diced
- ½ cup diced red onion
- 2 green onions sliced
- 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
- 2 limes juiced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt, to taste
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, add all ingredients. Stir to combine.
- Cover and let stand for 20 minutes. Serve with chips.
