White Corn & Peach Salsa

Serving Size: 3 cups

Ingredients

2 11 oz cans of white shoepeg corn

½ 14.5 oz can of Petite Diced Peaches in 100% Juice Coulis

1-2 jalapenos, diced

½ cup diced red onion

2 green onions, sliced

2 tbsp chopped cilantro

2 limes, juiced

1 tbsp olive oil

Salt, to taste

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, add all ingredients. Stir to combine.
  2. Cover and let stand for 20 minutes. Serve with chips.
