Pacific Coast Producers is excited to announce that we have been declared the successful bidder for key Del Monte Foods assets related to the canned fruit business.
This acquisition includes inventory of shelf‑stable canned fruit and fruit cups, along with a license for the Del Monte® and S&W® brands for packaged fruit in the U.S., Mexico, and Puerto Rico.
The transaction is subject to court approval and is expected to close in Q1 2026.
