Peach and Yogurt Parfait

Ingredients
- 12.5 lb vanilla yogurt
- 12.5 lb strawberry yogurt
- 3 #10 can peaches diced, light syrup
- 5 lbs granola cinnamon
Instructions
- OPEN AND DRAIN PEACHES IN COLANDAR.
- IN A 16 OZ CLEAR CUP, PUT A BASE LAYER OF 1/2 CUP YOGURT (#8 SCOOP).
- NEXT LAYER WITH 1/4 CUP OF DRAINED PEACHES (#16 SCOOP).
- ADD 1/2 CUP YOGURT (#8 SCOOP).
- TOP WITH 1/4 CUP DRAINED PEACHES (#16 SCOOP)
- IN A 2 OZ. PARFAIT CUP INSERT, ADD 1.54 OZ. GRAOLA (1/2 CUP) AND ADD LID TO PARFAIT CUP. IF PARFAIT INSERT ISN'T AVAILABLE, PUT THE GRANOLA INTO A SMALL SOLO CUP AND SERVE ALONG WITH THE YOGURT PARFAIT. DO NOT DROP DIRECTLY INTO YOGURT.
