Dice zucchini, bell peppers, garlic, and green onions. Place in a bowl. Drain tomatoes from can then place in vegetable bowl; set aside.
Remove the small, connective muscle on the side of each scallop if it is still attached. You can use fresh or frozen scallops. If they are frozen, no need to thaw them.
Muddle Northwest Noire cherry in a cocktail shaker.
Salt the rim of glass with charcoal salt.

To a blender, add bananas, pineapple, yogurt, milk, and vanilla, and process until smooth. Add additional splashes of milk or pineapple juice, as desired, to thin.
In a medium bowl, stir together the honey, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
Remove the stems from the cherries. Reserve the juice from the jar of cherries. Note: These cherries are already seeded.
