Choice sliced and halved clingstone peaches in natural peach juice and pear juice concentrate shall be prepared from peaches of similar varietal characteristics that have been washed, peeled and hand sorted for quality. As the name implies, fresh choice peaches, fresh peach juice and pear juice from concentrate are blended to create a natural peach item with a characteristic sweet peach flavor and an appetizing appearance that is enhanced by a moderately opaque 100% juice packing media. Because the Brix of the ingoing peach/pear juice blend is matched the ingoing fresh fruit Brix, a “No Sugar Added” statement can be used on the label.
