Cherry Chip Cake "Daiquirini"
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Royal Harvest Nature’s Maraschino Cherries chopped; drain and reserve juice
- 1-1/2 ounces white rum
- 1-1/2 ounces cake flavored vodka or vanilla flavored vodka
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream
- 1 ounce half & half
- Pinch of cinnamon optional
Instructions
- Combine maraschino cherries, rum, vodka, ice cream, half & half, a tablespoon of the reserved juice and a pinch of cinnamon in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
To Serve:
- Pour into cocktail glasses and garnish with maraschino cherry skewers.
