Fire Roasted Tomato Caprese Salad
Ingredients
- 28 oz whole peeled fire roasted san marzano tomatoes drained
- 16 oz fresh mozzarella sliced
- fresh basil leaves
- optional toppings: balsamic glaze, flaky salt, pepper
Instructions
- Slice each Fire Roasted San Marzano tomato into 2-3 slices
- Alternate between slices of mozzarella cheese and tomato slices on a large platter
- Top with fresh basil leaves
- If desired, top with balsamic glaze, flaky salt and ground black pepper
- Enjoy immediately. Optional sides: crostini, bread, or crackers
