Fire Roasted Tomato Gazpacho

Ingredients
  • 1 each #10 can Fire Roasted Tomatoes drained
  • 1 each Cucumber, Seedless brunoise
  • 1 C Onion, Sweet brunoise
  • 1 bunch Basil chiffonade
  • 1 bunch Cilantro chiffonade
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 Tbl Ginger minced
  • 1 C Dry white wine
  • 4 oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 4 oz Red wine vinegar
  • 4 oz Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 oz Lime Juice
  • To taste Fish Sauce
  • To taste Salt & Pepper
  • To taste Sriracha

Directions

Mix all ingredients, refrigerate overnight and serve!
