Fire Roasted Tomato Gazpacho
Ingredients
- 1 #10 can of Fire Roasted Tomatoes drained
- 1 each seedless cucumber brunoise
- 1 cup sweet onion brunoise
- 1 bunch basil chiffonade
- 1 bunch cilantro chiffonade
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger minced
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 4 oz olive oil extra virgin
- 4 oz red wine vinegar
- 4 oz Balsamic vinegar
- 2 oz lime juice
- Fish sauce to taste
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Sriracha to taste
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients, refrigerate overnight and serve!
