Fruit Cocktail Parfait
An delicious breakfast to look forward to with this easy, 3-ingredient fruit cocktail parfait! Sweet fruit cocktail, elevated with some lime juice, makes for a delicious breakfast that feels like summer-no matter the season!
Ingredients
- 1 cup yogurt plain, key lime pie, lemon, the choice is yours!
- 1/2 cup fruit cocktail, with juice
- 1/4 cup granola coconut, cinnamon, or similar works well!
- lime wedge *optional
- coconut strips *optional
Instructions
- Layer in 1/2 cup of yogurt into bowl or glass
- Top with 2 tbsp of granola
- Spoon 3 tbsp of fruit cocktail, and include juice over granola bars
- Repeat with remaining ingredients
- Top with coconut strips, a squeeze of lime, and additional fruit cocktail juice, if desire. Enjoy!
