No Bake Cherry Cheesecake
- 4 ounces plain almond or cashew "cream cheese"
- 1 container cashew milk or other plant-based vanilla yogurt (5.3 ounce/150g)
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1/2 cup granola cereal, well crumbled (60g)
- 12 Amarena Style Cherries
- In a medium bowl, vigorously whisk together the "cream cheese," yogurt, and lemon zest until creamy.
- Sprinkle the granola into four juice glasses or small dessert dishes, top with the "cheesecake" mixture and cherries, and serve.
