Peach Crisp
Ingredients
- Filling
- 2 cans sliced peaches
- 1 lemon juiced and zested
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons almond flour
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- Topping
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- ½ cups oats
- ½ cup nuts such as walnut
- ¼ cup almond flour
- 2 tablespoons avocado oil
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350-degree F. Spray baking dish with small amount of cooking spray.
- Mix all filling ingredients in a mixing bowl and pour into baking dish.
- Wipe out bowl and then add the dry topping ingredients: oats, flour, cinnamon, and salt. Then add the wet: vanilla, maple syrup, and avocado oil. Stir until combined and then spread over the top of the filling.
- Bake for about 25 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
- Allow it to cool for at least 20 minutes before serving.
