Peaches and Cream Baked Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 2 ¼ cups rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 cups milk
- 1 egg beaten
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2- 15 ounce cans sliced peaches drained & rinsed
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F. Spray a 8x8 baking dish with non stick cooking spray.
- Pour one can of sliced peaches along bottom of dish.
- In a large bowl, add the oats, sugar, and cinnamon. Stir well.
- Then, add the milk, beaten egg, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir well. Pour into the baking dish.
- Top with remaining sliced peaches.
- Bake for 35 - 40 minutes or until set.
