Ted is our Senior Director of Foodservice. He has been in the food industry for over 30 years. Prior to PCP Ted has held several key positions in various Foodservice and Retail organizations including Category Manager, Restaurant Operations Manager, Director of Procurement and Vice-President of Category Management. Ted has a B.S. in Operations Management and M.B.A. from DePaul University. He enjoys cooking, hiking and watching his favorite Chicago teams play sports. Ted’s favorite products are Fire-roasted Salsa and Peaches.
