Mulvaney’s B&L Cooking Demo – Pan Seared Pork Chops with Bourbon Peach Compote

For this year’s Annual Meeting, we partnered with Patrick Mulvaney of Mulvaney’s B&L in Midtown Sacramento, CA to show growers how our canned products can be incorporated into recipes they can make at home. In this cooking demo, Patrick shows us how to make Pan Seared Pork Chops topped with a bourbon peach compote using our canned peaches accompanied by a broccoli rabe with our canned tri-color tomatoes.

PCP 2020 Harvest and Plant Update

Due to the ongoing pandemic and out of an abundance of caution for the safety of our growers, employees, and visitors, we were unable to offer in-person tours during this year’s 2020 harvest season.
