Pacific Coast Producers – Central Valley Cannery Tours

Please join Chris Ward, our Vice President of Operations, as he takes you on a virtual tour of our facilities located throughout the Central Valley of California. In this video you will meet our plant managers and get a brief walk through of each of their facilities to gain a general understanding of how our operations work as well as learn about some of the projects completed in the last year in order to increase quality and capacity.

Mulvaney’s B&L Cooking Demo – Pasta Puttanesca

For this year’s Annual Meeting, we partnered with Patrick Mulvaney of Mulvaney’s B&L in Midtown Sacramento, CA to show growers how our canned products can be incorporated into recipes they can make at home. In this cooking demo, Patrick shows us how to make Pasta Puttanesca using our canned crushed tomatoes.

Mulvaney’s B&L Cooking Demo – Pan Seared Pork Chops with Bourbon Peach Compote

For this year’s Annual Meeting, we partnered with Patrick Mulvaney of Mulvaney’s B&L in Midtown Sacramento, CA to show growers how our canned products can be incorporated into recipes they can make at home. In this cooking demo, Patrick shows us how to make Pan Seared Pork Chops topped with a bourbon peach compote using our canned peaches accompanied by a broccoli rabe with our canned tri-color tomatoes.

For this year’s Annual Meeting, we partnered with Patrick Mulvaney of Mulvaney’s B&L in Midtown Sacramento, CA to show growers how our canned products can be incorporated into recipes they can make at home. In this cooking demo, Patrick shows us how to make Tipsy Pudding using our canned fruit cocktail.

PCP 2020 Harvest and Plant Update

Due to the ongoing pandemic and out of an abundance of caution for the safety of our growers, employees, and visitors, we were unable to offer in-person tours during this year’s 2020 harvest season. But just like everyone else, we’re rolling with the punches and created this video in lieu of in-person visits to give you an update on what we’ve been up to during this year’s harvest and pack season.
